APR Catback Exhaust Systems are engineered to personalize a vehicle’s look, sound, and performance across a wide range of applications. Each system combines premium materials with thoughtful acoustics and precise fitment, resulting in a bolt-on upgrade that feels OEM-plus—only better.

How We Design & Develop

In-house engineering: Every system starts with 3D scanning of the vehicle underbody and modeling in CAD to define routing, clearances, and hanger geometry.

Acoustic tuning: We prototype straight-through, brushed-finish mufflers and integrate Helmholtz resonators where appropriate, targeting a deep, refined tone under load with comfortable cruise and minimal drone.

Flow first: Mandrel-bent primary tubing transitions to dual outlets (commonly a single 3" primary to dual 2.5" exits, application dependent) to maintain cross-sectional area and reduce backpressure.

Fitment validation: Fixture-based welding, vehicle test fits, and ride-height checks ensure high tuck and ground clearance—especially important for lowered cars.

Durability & QC: We use T304 stainless throughout with TIG welding, then validate with thermal, vibration, and long-term road testing. Final assemblies are checked against jigs for repeatable, precise fit.
